We all know that the environment moves faster than plans today.  Signals conflict, and it’s easy to miss the early cues, weak signals, and subtle changes in markets, customer behavior, talent dynamics, and risk. Sensemaking is the work of noticing what matters, naming it with discipline, and creating meaning that helps others act.  And, it’s no longer just a practice for the C-suite.  Creating coherence in the organization is a continual process, and it’s key to ready leaders at all levels to engage.
